Have you ever
passed up an opportunity to
buy an inexpensive board game
at a resale store or yard
sale because the instructions
about how to play the game
were lost ?
Or, did you mistakenly throw
away the instructions along
with the wrapping paper when
you opened your game as a
gift? We have a solution!
We have found many of the
oldie but goody games from
our childhoods that hearken
back to a simpler time and
are frankly more fun to play
than some of the more contemporary
games that are also too complicated.
We want to buy these nostalgic
games for our own children
(or in Diva Missy’s
case to play herself) but
we often find the game rules
missing. Well, Lady Luck is
on your side as we have found
a Web site from which you
can download instructions
free of charge for most of
the popular games.
Check out www.centralconnector.com
and then click on “Game
Rules” and find the
game instructions you need.
Only a few have a cost, most
of the more than 120 offered
are free. We downloaded free
game rules from some of our
favorite childhood games:
Monopoly, Hi-Ho Cherry O and
Candy Land, all purchased
for 50 cents at a local thrift
store.
And of course once you get
the rules, we hope Lady Luck
stays with you while you play
the game!
